So I have lived here for over a year, this place has been awesome to me since the day I moved in. Nice dog park that they just updated, a laundry room (that they are fixing up) a small workout room, and a pool... oh I forgot about the area with grills, volleyball Court and basketball court. The maintenance crew is always working hard to make sure everything looks good, especially Sebastian. It's a quiet apartment complex that is mainly occupied by military, vets, and elderly people! 10 out of 10

Moved in around 5 months ago to one of their studios, management is reliable & they quickly respond to any inquiries. Place is quiet for the most part, it’s right next to the fire station & at first the sirens would bug me but my brain has now learned to filter them out, & I never notice them now. Walls are thin but my neighbors are considerate & don’t make too much noise which is nice because I work from home. Overall super peaceful and pretty apartments you’ll forget you’re living on dyer lol studios are small but perfect size for 1 person. Changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars because having an upstairs neighbor is rough, roof squeaks anytime they take a step.

i love raintree , i just picked up keys today and my apartment is amazing i love the flooring it went very well with my white coaches, not only that but a huge thanks to the girls in the office for working with me in getting a down stairs unit and for being so polite . i would give this review more than 5 stars !!!!!!!!

I can't express enough how grateful I am to the front office. My son is in the military and asked for my help in getting him setup in an apartment. Me myself never have done this found it to be very stress free, all thanks to the wonderful ladies in the front office. By the time that we arrived from Savanah Georgia to El Paso everything had been taken care of. He literally was just given his keys and was all moved in by the end of the day. As military parents we worry enough about our kids, thank you ladies for making this one less thing to worry about. Feeling Grateful!!!!

I just moved in and so far i like this place. It has a nice atmosphere with grass and trees and is very quiet at night. It is next to a busy street but at the same time the street has restaurants, a library, post office, police station, gas stations and just about anything you'd need.

These apartments are affordable . 625 for a 1 BR? Hard to find just about anywhere. The management were amazing! I lived at this location for a few months and the women of Raintree were so helpful. I had a little issue with a neighbor and they were helpful throughout the process. Very quick with email and phone call responses. The maintenance team was always quick. I’ve had like maybe two issues and they came right away to attend. The only thing here that’s a little issue is the tenants don’t always clean up after their dogs, and the walls are a little thin so you can hear everything. Other than that Marissa and Ashley are very helpful.it was a pleasure ladies thank you for everything!

The management works hard to get you in to the perfect spot . This is my little oasis that I am able to come home to every night. It is a little paradise with all of the trees and landscape which by the way are kept immaculate. The entire property is very clean and well kept. The managers and maintenance are the absolute best to keep you safe and happy. It is a very quiet complex and I have the BEST neighbors ever. My dog loves all the grass too and the large dog park.... TOP NOTCH! GREAT job yall! Thank you for everything!.

I moved in here almost 2 years ago and it switched owners about 3 months after I moved in. Anyways the new owners are awesome they are always bringing new things here like they replaced an old tennis court which I never saw anyone use with a nice dog park which apartment dogs need so they can run around. They Also fixed pot holes on a side entrance that I don't even know they were the ones who were responsible to fix the pot holes. One of the newest things they upgraded the credit card machine in the laundry mat we use to have one machine but now every washer and dryer has its own and it has an easy to use app(which gives you 5.00 dollars free just for downloading it) and the great thing about the app it lets you know which machines are in use and it sends you alerts as soon as your machine has finished I usually keep an eye on that but maybe it'll notify the people who don't pay attention to go get their laundry instead of leaving it in there causing less machines to be available for everyone else. Great job to the new ownership and I can't wait to see what you guys do for us tenants next. 😊

I am truly impressed how clean the apartment was when we moved in. It was turn-key ready. The price is very reasonable. The size of the apartment is a good size for one to two people. The location of the apartment complex is surrounded by shops, restaurants, banks. Everything is walking distance. The apartment complex is so quiet during the day and night. The office staff is really great too! I would definitely recommend this place to.anyone looking for a place to live in the Northeast short term or long term.

What can I say? Well I have lived here off and on since 2006, and it's my go to safe place! Whether I was Married and he Served or being my now single Bachelorette self it's always been affordable. Its clean, the people are quiet, the neighborhoods are safe, local schools nearby. You can watch the Sunset over the mountain from the Mailboxes. Theres a DOGPARK!! ITS super cute they watch the furrbabies play! They still perform maintenance requests, on time during the Covid Pandemic. They worked with me when I lost my job to weekly committed payments. Its resort style living, The scenery is sooo beautiful. Dont be afraid of the Northeast all you Eastsiders/othersiders. This is a hidden Gem! Love my Raintree Village!

Reduced rents, Dog park, lower utilities, low pet rate and going out of there way to sign for my packages are just a few of the things they've done. I moved into The Village at Raintree almost 11 years ago. I've seen three different ownership groups and multiple management companies in the time I've been here. The current owners seem to care more about Raintree and have put more money into upgrading the complex than all the previous owners combined. It's been nice to see improvements like staircases getting replaced and the front fencing and security gates installed, and Google Fiber was just installed, too! I am a mental health patient with extreme anxiety with a live-in personal aide, and management has always been understanding and accommodating of my issues, especially Megan and Jon who have been in the office for several years now. When we have maintenance issues that need to be addressed, Tyrone and his helpers have always been on the ball and have done really good work. I wish every dog owner would keep their dogs on leashes at all times, but that's about the only complaint I have. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Raintree; in fact, we're about to execute our latest lease renewal, which we'll do with no reservations. I look forward to seeing what improvements the owners make this year - it should be fun to watch.

The northeast gets a bad rep, but in the 2 years that I have been here there has not been a single instance in which I did not have my concerns solved. The new owners are really making sure their residents are taken care of, and management is just amazing (Marissa and Ashley, as well as prior management). I have lived in two different buildings and I have never had any problems with the neighbors. The general demographic usually is: 1. Retired people, 2. Military, 3. Students (almost no children and lots of dogs! thats a plus!) Due to the size of the apartments, it is rare to see big families or children (which adds up to the peace and quiet that i love). Maintenance is always working on a project, or fixing the premises. They are quick to respond to work orders and to keep our surroundings in their top shape. The only reason I'd leave would be if I ever decide to buy a house. Otherwise, I am completely happy in these apartments.

Hello, I am the manager here at Raintree Village Apt, unfortunately I am not able to respond to each review individually. However, Penny Worth, regarding your leak in your husband’s unit, we have looked into the work orders that were placed, on the work order’s we have it written, Our team did go in and repair the leak, unfortunately we have to wait till the ceiling is completely dry before doing any repairs. We also have it noted that your husband asked us not to finish the repair inside the apartment (which was the spray of the popcorn pending). However, we did get the roof replaced immediately after the roof leak was reported. We apologize for any other inconvenience that this has caused and if you would like us to finish the repair, we are more than glad to. Mr. Pena, as of 1/2018 our break lease policy is currently a 30-day written notice, pro-rated out as of move out date, one month of rent and any concessions given at move in to be paid back when keys are turned in. We apologize if you thought there were more charges for breaking a contract. Ms. Delgado, you are correct we do not report to the credit bureaus for “on time” payments, if I am correct no apartment complex does so in El Paso. We are not a mortgage company where it could reflect on your credit report. If there is a resident’s balance at move out, depending on the amount owed, it could be sent to collections. Please note, we only send to collections if un paid rent is owed and damage was done to the inside of the unit. I can look into how much it would cost for us to report to the credit bureau regarding the “on time” payments, but I’m sure there will be a cost to the residents. Ms. Torres, our owner and management apologized for towing your car for parking in a fire lane/blocking the dumpster. The owner did pay for ½ of the amount to get your car out of towing. I understand your car had broken down but the owner did reach out personally and solved the issue immediately the next day. We have had nothing but good experience since moving in . The best of the best. Megan & Jon in the office are AWESOME. They have and continue to treat us like family. Falcon & Tyrone (maint.) Are always on top of everything. Had a water leak during the night (from upstairs) they were on it almost instantly. Raintree is a very pet friendly property. Property is well maintained. I lived here for two years before I bought my house and my experience was great. Megan and Tyrone were always good to me. They always handled everything I asked of them in a timely manner and gave me accurate time frames. They've been putting time, money and energy into the grounds and it's really a nice place to live. I've always been under the impression that if you have problems with an apartment complex, you probably didn't communicate with them very well and/or pay your rent. Pay your bills and don't be a bum and you'll do well here.

I’ve been living at Raintree for almost a full year now and I haven’t loved an apartment more than i’ve loved mine here!! The property is absolutely gorgeous and quiet. Sitting on my balcony overlooking the fountain makes any day 10x better. And with the summer heat, the pool is the best!! We moved into a remodeled unit and it exceeded my expectations. i LOVE having a fireplace! I’ve never loved an apartment more and definitely couldn’t find another apartment that met all of my needs. Maintenence is always quick and easy to contact. The office with Megan and Jon is great- they’re always so friendly and personable!! We got a gate added to the community which keeps it feeling private and peaceful. I truly truly love Raintree and hope to stay as long as i can! If your looking for a new place to live and enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place to be!! Plus- it’s pet friendly!!!

They're very polite and helpful. The apartments are cozy, quite spacious for what I expected. I love living here and my neighbors are sweethearts. The pet deposit fee is one time only and holds no extra charges, this made it very easy to move in. The pool is a good size and the dog park is the largest I've ever seen at an apartment complex. It's easy to call Raintree, home.

I just moved in and so far i like this place. It has a nice atmosphere with grass and trees and is very quiet at night. It is next to a busy street but at the same time the street has restaurants, a library, post office, police station, gas stations and just about anything you'd need.

We've lived at The Village at Raintree since May 2009. The complex is on its third set of owners (and fourth management company!) since we moved in, and these owners are more interested in improving the property than all the previous owners we've dealt with combined. They just finished redoing all the roofs, and they've started putting in security fencing along 900 West. (I understand entry and exit security gates are on the way, too, which is awesome!) They've repainted all the siding to a more modern color scheme (hated that drab olive green!), and they've made upgrades to the covered parking and concrete (though work continues on the many concrete steps that need to be replaced). It'll be exciting to see what they do this year. Sadly, on average we've seen a new property manager every 18 months or so - such high turnover doesn't help management's relationships with residents, and the maintenance staff turnover has been more rapid than that, though current maintenance techs are personable and skilled - they know what they're doing and do it well. For quite some time we've had no real late night noise problems barring the occasional loud car stereo or muffler thanks to idiots who have no common sense or common courtesy. Dogs running around outside off-leash is not as much of a problem now as it once was, but thanks to all the smokers walking around a lot and smoking on their porches and balconies we rarely can keep our windows open for a decent amount of time - a pet-free and smoke-free environment would be much more appreciated. All-in-all, The Village at Raintree is a good place to call home that's getting better - much better! - thanks to the current owners. We'll be renewing our lease soon and starting our 11th year here in May - we have no plans to move.

I have to say when I first saw the apartments, I fell in Love💖. Everything from the Beautiful scenery, the apartments and the friendly staff made me want to move in right away. My friend actually told me about Raintree Village as she highly recommend me to see if there is an apartment available like right now. I really do enjoy that I am close by the office, laundry facility, tennis court, workout room, the mailbox station, stores and restaurants. I do intend on staying here for quite awhile as again everything about Raintree is just Beautiful. My overall experience was a very pleasant one.

Some quirks like when I moved in they mentioned the perk that they had security drive around routinely and then 14 months later got a notice saying how excited they were that we now had security driving around. Raintree is about as perfect a appartments can be while maintaining affordability while offering reasonable lease plans. The staff were funny, kind and helpful to me throughout my entire move in process. The grounds is clean, well kept, looks beautiful and is covered with green grass and trees in abundance which isnt all that common in el paso. It has a functioning swimming pool along with a hot if you enjoy those things. Although the gym is pretty trash though, even if all the equipment worked(only half of it does.) So you may wanna look elsewhere for that. But I personally dont mind. My room was clean with no deficiencies on move in and being in the middle of dyer st is in walking distance of many restaurants, stores and other places of convenience like the grocery store, and highway.

Very standard guidelines and any issues we had were handled very professionally. Living in an apartment complex always comes with some gambles. All of our neighbors were very courteous and yeah there was some sound on weekends but its nothing excessive or out of the ordinary for an apartment complex. Even if something became a problem, I know that I could report it and it would be handled to the best of their abilities. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because when there was any construction it was very last minute that we would find out about it. It's nothing too bad, just a little inconvenient. We would have no problem staying here another year but we are moving closer to my work. The management is kind and has always been helpful. They have always been very accommodating to our needs. Every problem I had was solved fast, and they really do care about your problems and are very willing to work with you. It was a very typical experience but with very devoted staff.

When I was first looking for apartments, I got a little frustrated because it seemed like only the people that had a bad experience left comments. I had a perfectly normal time here. Our apartment is very nice, and we never hear people talking, outside noise, or even dogs barking. (I was a little nervous about that) The area is so convent, you are literally RIGHT NEXT to the highway, you don't have to drive through the city at all. I also feel very safe. I have never had a problem with a neighbor or anyone else here. I could always find a parking spot, and I never worried about someone breaking into my car. (embarrassing story): I recently got a new car, and when I came home, the windows were so clear, I accidentally left my window down! I even had some cash under the passenger seat. Everything was still here even after a full day had passed. I have never been treated with anything other than respect and kindness. I have never had to reach out the office but the Property Manager, Nikki, is so nice and wonderful and I feel like I could go to her (or anyone else working) for anything. This has been a great first apartment, and I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Rain tree village allowed me to sign a short term lease that met the terms of my travel nurse assignment. The apartment size and amenities were just right. The location was and the view of the mountains from my window was perfect. It was one of the few apartments in El Paso that actually has grass!! The grounds were well kept and maintenance response was definitely within 24 hours if not same day. Also I got to bring my fur babies with with me!. Office hours were daily and the management team were like family! Thank you!!!

I personally love my experience here. It is the first time I’ve ever had a place of my own, so it might be the excitement talking. I’ve enjoyed everything so far. Everyone there is wonderful. Most the people complaining probably got evicted for acting belligerent or because they couldn't pay rent. Some comments state that "they like to take your money." Well duh, aren't you obligated to pay the rent on your contract? They treat everyone with respect and accommodate to other's needs--fairly. Maybe I'll get a piece of cake for my next birthday in addition to the card ;) lol. For reals though, it's the perfect starter place.

They give you so much opportunity that most apartments don't offer like allowing dogs, fitness center, basketball court, and more. They dude a pretty awesome job maintaining everything too! The office has been very understanding no matter what questions or concerns you may have. Amanda is the one who originally showed us around and she has been there for us since we have moved in. She is an amazing person who manages to do so much even when others are causing trouble. I can't thank the office and the maintance team enough for all that they do. A little bit of communication goes a long way and I can honestly say that these apartments are a great home especially for those learning to live on their own. Thank you!

So anyone who reads be Jackson's comment, I'm going to disprove a few things here. One if all those issues were as horrible as she says they were then why didn't she write in on her walk through when she first got keys, second Amanda helped my husband and I get our first apartment and any problem we ever had which were very few, she was up and helping even at 8 months pregnant. Amanda has never been rude to any customer she was by far my favorite person in that office and she does her job exceptionally!! These apartments are very nice and cozy. I would move back in these apartments in a heartbeat. I recommend these to anyone and everyone. This entire community is like family to my husband and I even though we aren't there anymore, they still keep in touch! Wonderfull staff and wonderful property! Amanda is a great employee and part of their team!

So I moved in about two years ago and this place is awesome. The location for where it is makes this place seem its in its own world. All the trees and the grass, my dogs love running around. The staff is friendly and very helpful, I have never had an issue with them and having courtesy officer that love on the property that hold community watch meetings makes me feel better about living here. I always see them updating something either and apartment or some amenity on the property. They always have something going on to bring in the new season or holiday they even make you feel special by posting this little Happy Birthday sign on your door, like seriously who else does that??? I really enjoy these apartments.

So Raintree Village Apartments, probably one of the very few places on Dyer street that is actually beautiful. I have signed a 3rd lease with them and the property is always improving. I have met some wonderful residents who have been here for more than 20 years. They updated the pool, are updating the gym equipment, have courtesy officers that live on the property and are always walking around making it feel safe. Private parking is available and if someone parks in your spot they are quick to fix the problem. The fact they are pet friendly with no specific size is awesome, because most place don't even allow pets. They are military friendly and treat you like family. Management it always on the ball considering the last management slacked off creating a mountain to do list for them. Maintenance guys are always willing to help if there is a problem with something in your apartment. I left my door unlocked one time and that same day maintenance was coming to replace my stove ( no charge to me) and they locked the door thank goodness. I left my keys inside and even though it was my fault I was more than willing to pay the fee, because lets face it anyone at anytime could have robbed me blind. I never made that mistake again. I have had bad neighbors and just when you think you have no help let me tell you, Amanda the manager here she is always willing to hear you out and find a resolution to the situation and well now my neighbor and I have no more issues and get along now. This being my first apartment by myself I have to say I for see a 4th lease signing. Thank Raintree Village Apartments, for the location you are in, you all are a small oasis compared to a lot of places on Dyer st.

I haven't been here long but I've had many extrenuating circumstances with the VA, county housing, and credit problems. The staff has been extremely understanding and helpful, even pushing back due dates after the holding period expired while we waiting for county to inspect. The apt I moved into was bigger than discussed with much more natural lighting. They were also easily accepting of my companion animal paperwork. The apt was clean and beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. I'm just sad they made the pool smaller lol.

People have been nothing but nice to me, my apartment is in fairly good condition seeings that it was a non-remodeled unit, when i have something break there right on it and fixing it. everyone that owns a dog here is a really friendly person and is outgoing and the people that dont are mostly nice and keep to themselves, hardly ever hear the neighbors too!! recomended place to live, also fairly cheep!!

I lived in these apartments for about two years in different apartments. Never had an issue, neighboors where always very friendly and office staff as well. I had an issue once with a disruptive neighboor and as soon as I reported the problem with the office it was taken care of. Excellente service.

I moved into this place with uncertainty, then i met the office people. I don't care what other people say about them because they are not talking about the people that i met. They were beyond amazing when it came to finding the right place for me. They were willing to work with me and do whatever i need to fit my needs. The apartment itself is said to be in the "ghetto" because its the northeast, but we are fenced in with beautiful trees and a yard full of grass. i could not be happier and i really appreciate everything they did!

Im giving these apartments 4 stars because i really love the landscaping, there is grass everywhere and its so green. so many beautiful trees and its very quiet, you really dont hear too much noise other that the ambulance sirens. i loved going out to my lil porch and just drinking my cup of tea. i also liked that they let you decorate however you like so you get to put your own flavor into your little home. i also really like the pool the basketball courts and the volley ball courts. it gives you a variety of work outs. But the apartment it self is really small. for two people at first is fine but after about 3 months into your contract it starts to get tight. the other thing is that you will find bird poop and dead birds all the time. they said they were trying to figure out why so many dead birds but its still happening. other than that its a nice place to be, plus the staff is so helpful and very very friendly!
