The minute I called and asked for prices and accommodations, they where so nice and helped me and my husband throughout the whole experience.

Jon made the moving process very easy the whole time. Maintenance is very friendly and easy to deal with. Great service and community. I’ve lived here a little over 6 months and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

I am going to be moving in soon and this has been by far the easiest process ever! I was so stressed out and worried because I have not rented in years and I did not think it would be this easy! The ladies in the office have been so helpful and they are on top of everything and communication has been great! I would definitely recommend this place! And I haven't even moved in yet! They are pet friendly! It was the only place I didn't have to put a huge deposit for my pet! Thank you raintree village!

I have had nothing but great experiences with village at raintree! I recently transferred apartments within the community and the process was very smooth and easy to do. I highly recommend living here.

I have lived here for 2 years and it has been nothing but pleasant, I absolutely love my apartment and the location! My dog also has many furry friends in the neighborhood. The management/maintenance is super friendly and very responsive to any issue you may have. I would sincerely recommend Raintree Apartments to anyone who is looking for cute and quite apartment located minutes from downtown. Hands down the best apartment I have lived at!

This apartment complex has the most helpful and most friendly staff ! Answered every single question I had and made moving in by far the easiest experience I’ve had with Any apartments In the past!! Great place and nice to stay at. Me and my wife moved in when we first got married and have been here for about a year and a half. Nice receptionist and quick maintenance.
