Raintree is about as perfect a appartments can be while maintaining affordability while offering reasonable lease plans. The staff were funny, kind and helpful to me throughout my entire move in process.
The grounds is clean, well kept, looks beautiful and is covered with green grass and trees in abundance which isnt all that common in el paso. It has a functioning swimming pool along with a hot if you enjoy those things. Although the gym is pretty trash though, even if all the equipment worked(only half of it does.) So you may wanna look elsewhere for that. But I personally dont mind.
My room was clean with no deficiencies on move in and being in the middle of dyer st is in walking distance of many restaurants, stores and other places of convenience like the grocery store, and highway.
