Penny Worth, regarding your leak in your husbandâs unit, we have looked into the work orders that were placed, on the work orderâs we have it written, Our team did go in and repair the leak, unfortunately we have to wait till the ceiling is completely dry before doing any repairs. We also have it noted that your husband asked us not to finish the repair inside the apartment (which was the spray of the popcorn pending). However, we did get the roof replaced immediately after the roof leak was reported. We apologize for any other inconvenience that this has caused and if you would like us to finish the repair, we are more than glad to.
Mr. Pena, as of 1/2018 our break lease policy is currently a 30-day written notice, pro-rated out as of move out date, one month of rent and any concessions given at move in to be paid back when keys are turned in. We apologize if you thought there were more charges for breaking a contract.
Ms. Delgado, you are correct we do not report to the credit bureaus for âon timeâ payments, if I am correct no apartment complex does so in El Paso. We are not a mortgage company where it could reflect on your credit report. If there is a residentâs balance at move out, depending on the amount owed, it could be sent to collections. Please note, we only send to collections if un paid rent is owed and damage was done to the inside of the unit. I can look into how much it would cost for us to report to the credit bureau regarding the âon timeâ payments, but Iâm sure there will be a cost to the residents.
Ms. Torres, our owner and management apologized for towing your car for parking in a fire lane/blocking the dumpster. The owner did pay for ½ of the amount to get your car out of towing. I understand your car had broken down but the owner did reach out personally and solved the issue immediately the next day.
